Studio Policies

 

In the unlikely event that Stephanie Girard Photography LLC is unable to provide the services on the scheduled date, the CLIENT may reschedule the session and the terms of this Agreement to a future date or terminate the agreement it without further action.

   

If for any reason the CLIENT needs to reschedule the session date with notification less than10 days from scheduled date a non refundable retainer of 50% of  the Session Rate will be required and will go toward your shoot and the remaining will be balance paid in full at the rescheduled date.

 

In the event of a second reschedule the remaining 50% of the Session Rate will be charged.

Retainer will be charged to the credit card provided below.

   

If for any reason the CLIENT needs to cancel the session date, the CLIENT is  required to do so in writing via e-mail to

steph@stephgirardheadshots.com  and obtain cancelation confirmation from Stephanie Girard Photography LLC within 10 days prior to the Session Date in order to avoid penalties. 

             

Cancelation within less than 10 days of the Session Date will incur $200 fee.

             Note: any appointment/reservation made within the 10 days of the Session Date forfeit the opportunity to cancel without the $200 fee.

             

A "no show" ( client does not show up at the scheduled time and has given no notification) will be charged the entire shoot amount and makeup fee (if makeup artist was booked)
