YOUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING IS OUR PRIORITY

We are committed to provide the safest environment possible before, during and after photoshoots for our clients and ourselves.

In addition to following local, state and federal (CDC) public health guidelines we are taking every extra step to make sure that our clients can relax, feel safe and enjoy this collaborative process and achieve amazing results.

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

Our studio

We have relocated the studio to a new free standing large warehouse with plenty of space to keep physical distancing in a low traffic area.

The new building is a well ventilated open space with two stage doors in the shooting area for optimal airflow, there’s also direct access from parking spots to the shooting area.

We will be cleaning and disinfecting the studio before and after each client.

This is an exclusive space only occupied and used by Stephanie Girard Photography.

Our photoshoots are a contained small production usually consisting of: our client, Stephanie Girard the photographer, and a makeup artist (if client choose to use one)

Stephanie and crew (if any) will be wearing face coverings at all times in addition to keeping a safe distance (at least 6 feet).

A clear Plastic Partition has been installed between Stephanie and client in the shoot area to ensure that there is extra protection while being photographed.

GUESTS

At this time outside guests will not be permitted inside the studio.

*Unless you are under 18 years old, in which case a parent or legal guardian must attend the session with you.

Please let us know in advance if your Agent or Manager will be present for your session so we can make accommodations in advance.

SYMPTOMS

If you are or have felt sick, have had any symptoms or have come in contact with someone confirmed positive in the last 14 days We ask that you please stay home and reschedule your photoshoot

An infrared touchless thermometer is available to take temperature of crew, staff and client before entering the studio. If you have a fever of 100 degrees or higher you will not be allowed inside.

We ask that when entering the studio please wear your mask and wash or sanitize your hands.

MAKEUP

All clients are welcome to come for their session camera ready, having done their own makeup & hair prior to arrive at the studio. The use of a professional makeup artist is recommended but not required. There is a separate makeup room and restroom that can be used for touch ups and wardrobe change.

Please let us know in advance if you will be doing your own makeup in order to properly prepare as you’ll not be wearing a mask upon arrival.

If choosing to have makeup professionally done by one of the studio recommended Hair & Makeup Artists (HMUA), the artist will be adhering to strict health guidelines and sanitizing protocols to ensure your safety since you’ll be in close proximity and will have to remove your mask for makeup application.

HMUA are required wash their hands before each client in addition to wear mask and have gloves at all times. Face shield is available as well.

Makeup products and tools undergo sterilization process using 70% or above alcohol and UV-C light in order to kill any virus

HMUA will use disposable tools whenever possible and are taking multiple steps to prevent any risk of cross contamination.

In case a client that’s choosing to use a HMUA has allergies and requires specific products, please let us know at the time of booking the photoshoot as special arrangements maybe necessary.
