YOUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING IS OUR PRIORITY
We are committed to provide the safest environment possible before, during and after photoshoots for our clients and ourselves.
In addition to following local, state and federal (CDC) public health guidelines we are taking every extra step to make sure that our clients can relax, feel safe and enjoy this collaborative process and achieve amazing results.
PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

We are vaccinated.
Stephanie & staff (including Hair & Makeup artists) are all fully vaccinated
Our studio
Our studio is a free standing large warehouse with plenty of space to keep physical distancing in a low traffic area in Burbank CA. This is an exclusive space only occupied and used by Stephanie Girard Photography.
The building is a well ventilated open space with two stage doors in the shooting area for optimal airflow, there’s also direct access from parking spots to the shooting area.

Our photoshoots are a contained small production usually consisting of: our client, Stephanie Girard the photographer, assistant and a makeup artist (if client choose to use one)
Stephanie and crew (if any) will be wearing face coverings at all times in addition to keeping a safe distance (at least 6 feet) when possible.

GUESTS
At this time outside guests will not be permitted inside the studio.
*Unless you are under 18 years old, in which case a parent or legal guardian must attend the session with you.

If choosing to have makeup professionally done by one of the studio recommended Hair & Makeup Artists (H/MUA), the artist will be adhering to strict health guidelines and sanitizing protocols to ensure your safety since you’ll be in close proximity and will have to remove your mask for makeup application.
