PARKING 
There are 3 parking spots in front of the studio. Feel free to park in one of the designated spots. If all spots are taken , there is street parking available on Main Street. (Please do not park in the driveway next to the studio or block anyone in)

WARDROBE
Bring a lot of options! It is best to bring basic items in addition to things that reflect your personal style as well. 
Think outside the box! 
We will go over all of your clothing options together when you arrive for you shoot.
If you have representation please talk to them about types you are going for and what their needs for the photos are as well

HAIR & MAKEUP 
If using one of our amazing Hair Makeup artists (which I highly recommend ) please come to the shoot with clean moisturized skin and no makeup on. It is best to start with a clean face for a flawless application !
Please arrive with your hair how you normally wear it day to day or to a casting. 
Makeup does include light hair as well,(adding some curls or wave, ponytails etc...) but we do not schedule time for full blow outs. The MUA stays the entire shoot for changes and touch ups. *If you are requesting any hair changes that may take extra time please reach out after booking so we can adjust the schedule accordingly and let our MUA know, or reschedule you to a different day to accommodate the change.

 

If you are not using one of our makeup artists, we cannot be responsible for how your makeup looks on camera. Makeup can photograph differently than it looks in person so please make sure your foundation matches your skin tone, and bring your makeup bag with you to adjust or touch up as needed.  

Note: Please do not do any new skin or treatments, peels, or regimens in the weeks leading up to your shoot. Just stick to your normal routine, drink water, and get some rest!

 

PAYMENT

Cash, check, card or venmo are all accepted forms of payment for the shoot. (3.5% fee will be added to all credit card transactions)

Makeup Artist should be paid directly at your shoot (MUA prefer Cash, check, or venmo )

 

PREPARATION

Please review all of this information so you can be informed and prepared, and ready to get some amazing Headshots!

Final call time will be sent within a week prior to your shoot. Please reach out with any questions!

STUDIO POLICIES

Rescheduling 

If for any reason you need to reschedule your session, please notify us asap. Clients that reschedule their shoot will be charged a $200 retainer that will go toward the new shoot date.  

 

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your shoot, you must do so in writing  by email  (and receive confirmation from us) 7 days or more before your scheduled date.  Cancellation's less than 7 days will be charged a cancellation fee of $200.  

 

No shows 

No show's are unacceptable and no show clients will be charged the full amount of their shoot and additional fee to the MUA if they were scheduled.

*If you are cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours from your shoot, or day of, you will be responsible to pay 50% of the H/MUA rate and are subject to be charged for your session in full.
